1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Krafty Keeda. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of the date of delivery.

2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kraftykeeda0823@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it complies with our return policy. If approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees, within 14 days.

6. In the case of damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

7. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, we will provide a store credit.

8. Please keep in mind that the actual colors and sizes of our products may differ slightly from the images shown due to variations in screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
